CPD Tally Refund Policy

1. Change-of-mind refunds

CPD Tally provides digital software and subscription services. Please review the product description, features and system requirements before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, choosing the wrong product, or deciding that the product is no longer needed, except where required by law.

2. Software faults and technical issues

If you experience a technical problem, cannot access your purchase, or believe CPD Tally does not operate as described, please contact us at support@cpdtally.com.

We will assess the issue and take reasonable steps to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, this may include technical assistance, a correction, an alternative solution or another remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

3. Annual subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you may continue using the service until then.

We do not ordinarily provide a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time when you cancel, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us.

4. Refund requests

Please include your purchase email, order reference and a description of the issue when submitting a refund request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
